When God said "REMEMBER".......
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work....For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. EXODUS 20:8-11

The Sabbatic Institution

 "THOSE who observe the Sabbath of the Bible, may plead as theirfoundation, a divine institution. 
Genesis 2:3 God BLESSED THE SEVENTH DAY AND SANCTIFIED IT. 
In this consists the Sabbatic institution itself. 
---As God has never taken this blessing from the seventh day, the original institution still exists. 
---As God has never sanctified another day of the week, much less enjoined another day as a weekly Sabbath, it is the only Sabbatic institution."
